Our client is a Belgian-based SME undergoing transformation, active in food production and distribution, with a strong focus on innovation, customer-centric solutions, and international expansion.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development activities in Luxembourg, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management
  • Identify and approach new B2B clients and build a strong local pipeline
  • Manage and grow key accounts, including large chains and institutional clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) and leverage CRM tools to structure and track sales activities
  • Contribute to the expansion strategy in Luxembourg by providing market insights and supporting process improvements in a transforming organisation



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in sales or business development, ideally in B2B environments
  • Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg market and local network within horeca, food, or FMCG sectors
  • Experience in the food industry is highly desirable
  • Autonomous, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and evolving SME environment
  • Fluency in French and/or Luxembourgish, with good communication skills and stakeholder management capability
