As the Freelance IT Business Process Lead, you will bridge the gap between Business and IT. You will analyze existing business processes, assess how they interact with the company's digital ecosystem, redesign future-state workflows, and ensure they are properly documented. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to support digital transformation initiatives.

As part of this transformation, they are looking for a Freelance IT Business Process Lead to analyze, redesign, and document key business processes, with a strong focus on e-commerce and IT systems.

Description du poste

As a Freelance Business Process Lead your responsibilities are:

  • Analyze and map end-to-end business processes across multiple departments.
  • Assess the interaction between business processes and IT systems.
  • Redesign and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Document business processes, functional flows, and system interactions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional process designs.
  • Act as the interface between Business, IT, and external implementation partners.
  • Support digital transformation projects related to e-commerce platforms and business applications.
  • Ensure process governance, standardization, and adoption across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

Profil recherché

A successful Freelance Business Process Lead should have:

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Process Lead, Functional Analyst, or Process Consultant.
  • Mandatory experience within a B2B e-commerce environment.
  • Hand-on experience with Shopify or Magento is a great advantage.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and digital workflows.
  • Experience documenting business processes, functional specifications, and user journeys.
  • Fluent in French and English.
