About Our Client

Our client is a global industrial organisation operating in a highly technical and international sector, working with major B2B customers across Europe and beyond.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage commercial negotiations (RFI/RFQ, pricing, capacity, and contractual changes) in line with strategic objectives
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate customer requirements internally and ensure timely, accurate responses across departments
  • Monitor customer KPIs, track performance, and drive cross-functional action plans to address gaps or opportunities
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets, including short- and long-term business planning



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within an industrial (higly technical) or automotive environment is a must
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international and multicultural environment
  • Master's degree in business or related field, with fluency in English and strong command of MS Office tools
