Our client is an innovative manufacturing company seeking an experienced engineering professional to strengthen its operations and accelerate continuous improvement projects.

Description du poste

  • Lead and execute manufacturing improvement and process optimization projects while managing multiple priorities.
  • Identify production bottlenecks, implement practical solutions, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Drive automation initiatives by evaluating, improving, and supporting industrial control systems and automation solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise to production, quality, maintenance, and commercial teams, including support for quality issues and new product feasibility assessments.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and contribute to long-term operational excellence.



Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment with expertise in project management, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on mindset and the ability to prioritize and deliver quick results.
  • Good knowledge of SolidWorks and experience working with industrial machinery and manufacturing processes.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are considered an asset.
