You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. Acting as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, you ensure smooth execution from project initiation through final delivery.

Job Description

As a Freelance Project Manager Facade Construction your responsibilities are:

  • Lead and manage façade construction projects from initiation to final delivery
  • Create, monitor, and safeguard project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements
  • Ensure smooth and efficient collaboration between all internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites
  • Identify potential risks or issues and implement timely corrective actions
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Freelance Project Manager Facade Construction should have:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in façade construction or a closely related construction sector
  • Proven experience managing projects between €2M and €10M
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems, construction processes, and industry standards is a strong advantage
  • Ability to perform under pressure with a customer- and results-driven approach
  • Demonstrated experience leading and motivating project teams
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Office)
  • Language skills: Dutch: fluent (spoken and written), French: good professional working knowledge
