Our client is a leading international healthcare and pharmaceutical services organization, supporting customers worldwide through specialized logistics and supply chain solutions.

Functie

  • Monitor customs declarations to ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
  • Manage and update electronic transit records and customs documentation.
  • Prepare supplementary customs declarations for import shipments.
  • Communicate with customs authorities, regulatory bodies, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve customs-related queries and support smooth import operations.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain high-quality administrative standards.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Work with internal logistics and IT systems to process and track shipments



Profiel

  • First experience in logistics, customs, import/export, supply chain, or an administrative operational role.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing priorities under pressure.
