Description du poste

As a Head of Sales your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the financial services industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (10 people) to ensure performance and goal alignment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its market presence.
