Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and in-depth analyses on working time regulations (working schedules, overtime, part-time work, leave schemes)
  • Translate legislation into clear frameworks, policies and operational guidelines
  • Support HR stakeholders with pragmatic and business-oriented recommendations
  • Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal regulations
  • Monitor legal developments and anticipate their impact on the organisation
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR and legal topics
  • Deliver trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Belgian Law
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employment/social law
  • Strong interest or experience in working time regulations
  • Experience in a social secretariat or advisory role is a strong asset
  • Analytical, structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Dutch fluent + professional level of French
