We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. In this 360° role, you will combine business development, relationship building, and talent acquisition to create successful matches between candidates and companies.

Description du poste

  • Source, interview, and assess candidates
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow an existing client portfolio
  • Advise clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
  • Manage the recruitment process from briefing to offer stage
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records
  • Participate in networking events and market mapping activities



Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
  • Strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
  • Interested in sales, recruitment, and people management
