Description du poste

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a national portfolio of clients within the industrial sector. This is a hybrid role combining farming (account management) and hunting (new business development).

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying new business opportunities and actively prospecting new customers across Belgium
  • Understanding client needs and proposing tailored technical/commercial solutions
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (technical, operations, customer service)
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Reporting on sales performance and pipeline development

Profil recherché

  • Fluent in Dutch and French
  • Relevant experience in a B2B sales role (industrial/manufacturing environment is a strong plus)
  • Proven ability in both account management and business development
  • Strong commercial mindset with negotiation skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing a national client portfolio and traveling within Belgium
  • Affinity with technical or industrial products/services is a plus
