You are an entrepreneur within the company. Reporting directly to Management, you will take ownership of commercial development with a high level of autonomy, designing ambitious market strategies and executing them with rigor and intensity.Your playground: Belgium as the core market, alongside growing European opportunities to build from the ground up.Off Trade - Retail & Specialized Channels ▸ Identify, win and retain key accounts: buying groups, major national retailers, specialized chains and delicatessens - in Belgium and internationally ▸ Negotiate listings, commercial agreements, pricing and promotional plans; ensure flawless execution from A to Z ▸ Maximize shelf visibility through merchandising, POS materials, product launches and in-store activations ▸ Build sales forecasts and coordinate needs with production and logistics to ensure product availability ▸ Closely monitor KPIs: turnover, volumes, margins, numeric/weighted distribution, sell-in/sell-out performance ▸ Identify new listing opportunities in Belgium and neighboring markets; maintain a structured prospecting pipelineManagement & Commercial Strategy▸ Co-build and drive the annual sales plan together with Management ▸ Define and monitor annual objectives (turnover, margin, listings, distribution, rotation); lead regular performance reviews ▸ Ensure structured CRM reporting: visits, pipeline, opportunities, forecasts and action plans ▸ Conduct active competitive monitoring across key markets and recommend targeted corrective actions ▸ Actively contribute to brand strategy and the opening of new distribution channels, including internationally ▸ Work closely with Marketing, Production and Logistics to align commercial ambition with operational reality▸ People management of a teamThe Successful Applicant5 to 8 years of commercial experience in FMCG, beverages, beer or food industry - Off Trade expertise is essentialProven track record in managing and developing national key accountsExperience within European or international markets is a strong assetStrong understanding of the Belgian commercial landscape and familiarity with European distribution networksOutstanding negotiator, capable of creating value and closing dealsAutonomous, rigorous and results-oriented - with high personal standardsStrong entrepreneurial mindset: business-oriented, agile and accountableExcellent analytical skills, comfortable with KPIs, forecasting and data-driven decision makingNatural relationship builder with clients, partners and internal teamsAbility to manage complexity and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentFluency in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written) - trilingual profile requiredWhat's on OfferYou will benefit from real autonomy, direct impact, and the satisfaction of seeing your work immediately translate into results.You will work alongside people who genuinely care about their craft, their product and their colleagues.
