Description du poste

  • Manage the full order-to-cash process: order entry, follow-up, shipping, invoicing, and aftersales
  • Optimise container and transport planning
  • Support Account Managers in your region
  • Handle product and pricing management (proposing alternatives, pricing, discounts, price lists)
  • Act as the main point of contact for distributors
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, sales, marketing)
  • Align closely with production to ensure smooth supply chain planning
  • Maintain daily customer contact with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and CRM updates



Profil recherché

  • Experience in a customer service or order-to-cash environment
  • Fluent in Russian and English, Dutch is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a diplomatic, assertive approach
  • Comfortable managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Problem-solving mindset, accurate and stress-resistant
  • Team player with a results-driven attitude
