Job Description

As a Senior IT & Security Risk Manager your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and maintain IT and security risk frameworks to meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks across the organization.
  • Manage a team of 4 people in ICT risk management, report to the CRO directly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with the latest financial services regulations.
  • Perform regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation progress to senior management.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of IT controls and security measures.
  • Develop training programs to raise awareness about IT and security risks within the company.
  • Support internal and external audits related to IT and security risks.

A successful Senior IT & Security Risk Manager should have:
