Job Description

  • Act as the main technical contact for customers
  • Lead system integration and performance discussions
  • Diagnose and resolve complex cross-system issues
  • Manage high-impact technical incidents end-to-end
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams
  • Improve support processes and knowledge management
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in engineering or systems roles
  • Strong system-level understanding (interfaces, performance)
  • Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems
  • Customer-facing experience in technical environments
  • Professional proficiency in English
