About Our Client

Join a global FMCG leader in a key Senior Business Controller role. As the right hand to the manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, leading pricing, promotions and trade investment analyses, while partnering closely with both local and international stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Monthly closing analysis and net sales performance monitoring
  • Gross margin analysis and value chain simulations
  • Business partnering with Sales teams and senior stakeholders
  • Promotion ROI analysis and profitability recommendations
  • Customer profitability analysis and presentation to Finance and leadership teams
  • Pricing strategy management and trade agreement evaluation
  • Budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with commercial teams
  • Gross-to-Net and Commercial P&L analysis by product
  • Compliance and audit support for trade investments and commercial agreements
  • Database management and reporting using SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Essbase and SAP BPC
  • Development of reporting tools and enhancement of financial decision-making processes



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Controlling
  • 5-6 years' experience in Commercial / Sales Controlling
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of P&L, pricing, promotions and trade investments
  • Able to challenge, influence and guide senior stakeholders
  • Autonomous, proactive and business-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in an international FMCG environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Stable, hands-on profile looking for a long-term opportunity in a global company with strong career prospects.
