Job Description

As an Application Analyst / Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the company's business applications.

Acting as the first point of contact for application-related issues, you will support users, coordinate improvements, and contribute to the evolution of the organization's application landscape:

  • Manage and maintain business applications.
  • Follow up on change requests, software updates, and application improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to reporting, data management, and process optimization projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple sites.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the IT applications environment.
  • Provide first-line support to internal users for business applications.
  • Analyze and resolve application-related incidents, escalating where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in application support, application management, functional analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and/or Navision is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with or interest in Power BI, reporting solutions, and EDI/API integrations is a plus.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to help end users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and capable of taking ownership.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
