Job Description

  • Bridge business and IT by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Define, challenge, and align functional requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to testing activities by defining test cases, supporting test plans, and monitoring results
  • Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes to identify improvement opportunities and support solution delivery
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication, alignment, and change readiness
  • Collaborate proactively with a positive, hands-on, and solution-driven mindset



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst being the bridge between business and IT
  • Good understanding of E2E customer journeys and the impact of business process and system changes on those
  • Dutch, French, and English are mandatory
