Description du poste

Business Development & Sales

  • Proactively drive new business acquisition in Belgium
  • Leverage an existing network and develop new relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital, innovation, IT)
  • Promote a disruptive value proposition combining AI-powered software and services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Re-engage existing and past clients with the new AI-driven offering



Market Positioning & Visibility

  • Act as a local ambassador for the company's innovative positioning
  • Organize and participate in events (afterworks, breakfasts, demos, conferences)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to generate pipeline and visibility
  • Create impactful messaging around the company's AI capabilities



Strategic Contribution

  • Help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Belgium
  • Provide market feedback to leadership on client needs and positioning
  • Contribute to structuring and scaling the future sales organization



Leadership Evolution (Mid-term)

  • Build and lead a local commercial team
  • Grow revenues

Profil recherché

Experience

  • Relevant experience in B2B services sales (digital, software, or tech services)
  • Experience selling complex or innovative solutions (SaaS, digital services, AI, consulting)
  • Proven track record in business development and closing deals
  • Background in agencies, digital services companies, or software providers

  • "Doer" mentality, hands-on, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused
  • Strong appetite for innovation and AI-driven transformation
  • Ability to understand and sell disruptive, complex value propositions
  • Commercial creativity (events, storytelling, market activation)
