As a Commercial Data Analyst and Process Optimization Coordinator your responsibilities are:

  • Maintain and update commercial systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Support the customer service department with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT teams for improvements
  • Prepare and generate reports to provide insights for business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow integration
  • Train staff on system functionalities and updates when required
  • Manage user access and permissions within the commercial system
  • Analyze sales results
  • Translate Data into specific Insights



Profil recherché

As Commercial Data Analyst and Process Optimization Coordinator you have following profile:

  • You are a SAP Key user
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: you understand data and translate it into sales actions
  • You master Excel
  • Knowledge of customer service processes and systems
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Dutch, English and French
