Job Description

  • Lead the overall IT strategy and operations across Thailand.
  • Act as the senior technology partner to country and business leadership.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and effective IT services across the organization.
  • Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, end-user services, and technology operations.
  • Drive technology transformation and modernization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Establish strong IT governance, standards, policies, and risk management.
  • Lead and develop the local IT organization and technology capabilities..
  • Manage strategic technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
  • Oversee IT budgets, investments, and resource planning.
  • Work closely with regional and global technology teams on enterprise initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities where technology can improve business performance, efficiency, and scalability.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant leadership responsibility
  • Experience leading IT within a large, multinational organization
  • Strong background across IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and technology transformation
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and complex technology environments
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively across both local and regional/global environments
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline



Preferred

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Previous country, regional, or enterprise IT leadership experience
  • Experience leading technology transformation in a complex multinational organization
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and IT risk
  • Excellent English communication skills
