You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production teams to guarantee smooth order processing and timely deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders throughout the entire order-to-cash process.Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system.Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order fulfillment.Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate any changes or delays.Resolve customer issues and identify appropriate solutions.Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes.Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a similar administrative position.Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.Fluent in Dutch and English.
