Functie

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Support customers and help them get the most value from the solutions offered.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and share feedback internally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer success processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction

  • Fluent in English, German,

Aanbod

  • Gross annual salary of €36,000
