Description du poste

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior European stakeholders (the core focus of the role)
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive commercial and operational decision-making
  • Oversee financial reporting, monthly closing, and compliance with international standards (IFRS)
  • Safeguard robust internal controls, governance, and audit readiness with no audit observations
  • Lead and develop a local finance team managing transactional and accounting activities
  • Manage treasury matters: cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and factoring facilities
  • Optimise idle funds and ensure timely loan servicing to avoid any default
  • Assess investment projects, capex payback, and the commercial viability of contracts
  • Negotiate supplier terms and improve working capital through stronger payment conditions
  • Liaise with local and regional bodies to secure available subsidies and incentive benefits
  • Serve as the primary finance interface between European operations and global headquarters
  • Coordinate cross-border reporting, processes, and financial communication



Profil recherché

  • Solid track record in finance leadership, controlling, or senior business partnering
  • Strong technical foundation in accounting, reporting, and financial governance
  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or capital-intensive environments
  • Proven ability to thrive in international, matrix-style organisations
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with demanding global headquarters and cross-cultural teams
  • Proactive, analytical, and commercially driven mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset
