As Meetings & Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising and supporting meetings, conferences and events while ensuring a seamless experience for employees, visitors and guests. You will coordinate event logistics, prepare meeting spaces, provide office support and act as a key contact to ensure successful event delivery in a dynamic workplace environment.

Description du poste

As Meetings & Event Coordinator, you will ensure successful planning and execution of meetings and events.

  • Coordinate and support delivery of meetings, conferences and events from planning to execution.
  • Prepare and set up meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Coordinate guest services, catering, transportation and other event-related logistics.
  • Manage meetings and events calendar and contribute to post-event reporting and follow-up.
  • Support in general office management.

Profil recherché

  • First experience in events, hospitality, office management or administration is a plus (internships included).
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented mindset and professional communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
