Job Description

  • Oversee daily facility operations across multiple properties
  • Manage technical maintenance, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate external suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Supervise mobility solutions including fleet, parking, and employee transport policies
  • Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure operational efficiency
  • Implement workplace and infrastructure improvements
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and building occupants
  • Lead projects related to refurbishment, optimization, or relocation
  • Ensure alignment with environmental and sustainability targets



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in facility management / property management / real estate operations
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong financial awareness (budget control, cost optimisation)
  • High level of organisation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Bilingual French & Dutch
