Job Description

  • Oversee procurement, supplier sourcing, and vendor performance to ensure maximum value.
  • Serve as the primary contact for workplace inquiries and service requests, ensuring swift, high‑quality resolutions.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve workplace experience standards.
  • Build strong relationships with local leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and performance reporting.
  • Deliver compelling reports that translate operational data into meaningful improvements.
