Job Description

  • Manage financial operations across investment funds and corporate entities
  • Coordinate fund reporting, audits and related financial processes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial control activities
  • Monitor cash flows, capital calls and investor-related financial operations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial, regulatory and governance requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and controls

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner within venture capital, private equity, investment funds or a VC-backed scale-up environment
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is a non-mandatory asset.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, fund structures and control processes
  • Demonstrated interest in sectors such as fintech, biotech or technology-driven businesses
  • Proactive communicator with a hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
