Job Description

As a Finance Reporting Manager your responsibilities are:

  • Own and maintain financial data, reporting structures and hierarchies.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent and timely financial reporting.
  • Establish data governance and reporting controls across finance systems.
  • Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies and improve data reliability.
  • Automate reporting, reconciliation and control processes.
  • Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements.
  • Support reporting tool migrations and finance transformation projects.
  • Partner with Finance, IT and business teams to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Reporting Manager should have:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, controlling, finance systems or finance transformation.
  • Strong understanding of closing, planning, consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Experience with SAP and performance management/reporting tools is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a complex, international and changing environment.
