About Our Client

Our client is an international organization with a significant European workforce.

Job Description

  • Take a leading operational role in the Pay Transparency project and support its practical implementation.
  • Work with an existing job grading framework, already validated at executive level, and ensure its effective application.
  • Support the rollout and communication of the newly developed Reward Policy.
  • Analyze current compensation practices and employment conditions and identify potential gaps or required adjustments.
  • Translate Reward policies and frameworks into concrete and workable HR processes.
  • Support the annual merit and salary review process.
  • Work with Hay job evaluation methodology and support the transition of existing grading practices where required.
  • Support the administration and improvement of HR processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive level experience within Compensation & Benefits, Reward or HR Rewards.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Pay Transparency and its practical implementation is highly desirable.
  • Solid experience with job grading and salary structures, ideally using the Hay methodology.
  • Proven experience with salary reviews, merit processes, bonus schemes and benefits.
  • Comfortable analyzing existing compensation practices and translating findings into concrete improvements.
  • Experience working with both blue- and white-collar populations in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent English is essential, as the scope includes several international populations.
  • French is a strong plus; Dutch is considered an additional asset.
