Job Description

As a freelance Head of Legal your responsibilities are:

  • Lead the legal function and set clear priorities for legal work.
  • Provide practical legal advice to support business decisions.
  • Review legal matters and identify suitable actions for the organisation.
  • Prepare and review legal documents to support business activities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to clarify legal needs and timelines.
  • Manage external legal advisers where required for specific matters.
  • Maintain clear records of legal matters and key decisions.
  • Report on legal priorities and progress to relevant stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • You have experience as head of legal;
  • Experience from the industrial sector is a strong plus;
  • You are fluent in English.
