Our client is a leading international FMCG company with a strong portfolio of iconic brands and an established presence in the Belgian retail market.

Functie

  • Take full ownership of the commercial portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic customer relationships and act as the key commercial point of contact.
  • Lead customer negotiations, Joint Business Plans, contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing customer-specific initiatives.
  • Support the Channel Manager in defining sales strategies, commercial targets and promotional policies.
  • Develop sales volume budgets and forecasts for assigned customers.
  • Monitor customer spending, contractual agreements and commercial investments against budget



Profiel

  • Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Key Account Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Belgian retail/FMCG market.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, business planning and claim management.
  • Autonomous and comfortable taking full ownership of customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is required.
  • Fluent in French and English.
