Some areas this person could focus on:

  • Analysis: Mapping out daily activities and bottlenecks, and structuring effective management routines and consultation sessions.
  • Communication: Establishing clear communication channels to streamline information flows and ensure transparency across departments
  • KPIs: Designing visual boards for the workplace and setting relevant KPIs
  • Improving workplace atmosphere: Fostering engagement on the shop floor and restoring constructive working relationships.



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and persuasive consultant who knows how to motivate teams, excels at change management and relationship management, and easily builds support on the shop floor.
