About Our Client

Our client is an innovative biotechnology company based in the Brussels region.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Belgian employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees, HR, and external providers
  • Ensure correct application of collective labour agreements, with a strong focus on CP 116 and/or CP 207 regulations
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and ensure proper data flow and system updates
  • Support broader HR administration (contracts, benefits, reporting) and contribute to process improvements and ongoing HR projects



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist in Belgium within complex environments
  • Mandatory experience with CP 116 and/or CP 207 (this is a strict requirement)
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll processes
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with HR and finance stakeholders
  • Fluency in French or Dutch with a good command of English
