As a Freelance Site Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of quality and environmental standards on a large-scale construction project, acting as the key reference point on site.

The client is a long-established, family-owned construction group active in complex building projects, combining traditional expertise with modern construction methods and a strong focus on sustainable development.

Functie

  • Act as the on-site reference for quality and environmental management across all project activities
  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the ISO 9001-based quality management system on site
  • Translate quality procedures into practical, operational site instructions and ensure daily application
  • Identify, follow up, and resolve non-conformities, including corrective and preventive actions
  • Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with project leadership



Profiel

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality management, ideally on large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, VCA, and construction quality/environmental standards
  • Hands-on site experience with strong presence and ability to engage operational teams
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, English is an asset
