We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead and oversee complex technical & industrial projects.

Our client is an industrial group undergoing multiple technical projects (industrial and building)

Functie

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, from definition to final handover, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Lead technical and engineering team on site.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all project phases.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead project meetings, report on progress, and ensure clear communication across all involved parties.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, including quality, safety, and operational requirements throughout project execution.



Profiel

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience within a technical environment.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within industrial, infrastructure, or facility management environments.
  • Proven technical expertise in HVAC or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of engineers and project managers.
  • Strong ability to operate in a complex internal organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English
