About Our Client

Our client is a major real estate and infrastructure organization managing large-scale public-private partnership projects focused on the development, operation, and long-term maintenance of public facilities.

Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 building projects, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for administrative, technical, contractual, insurance, and damage-related matters, while mediating conflicts and facilitating mutually acceptable solutions.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, technical inspections, change requests, and interventions through a dedicated helpdesk and ensure proper follow-up with the relevant parties.
  • Monitor the technical condition, regulatory compliance, and overall performance of the buildings, including annual condition assessments based on NEN 2767 standards and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, meeting reports, and records in the document management system, while supporting stakeholders in improving the energy efficiency of the buildings.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate, or equivalent professional experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, technical consultancy, or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of building technical systems and maintenance requirements, ideally gained through experience with schools, offices, hospitals, or other large public/commercial buildings.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to mediate conflicts and build strong professional relationships.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, highly organized, and solution-driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and English, and proficient in MS Office and technical/construction documentation tools such as CAD and relevant maintenance or project-management applications.
