About Our Client

The client is a leading international industrial organization operating in a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supply chain performance.

Job Description

  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring operational priorities, service levels, inventory accuracy, and delivery requirements are met.
  • Manage workforce planning and resource allocation, while overseeing warehouse personnel and ensuring the effective use of warehouse space, equipment, and operational resources.
  • Develop and monitor operating and investment budgets, ensuring strong cost control and alignment with departmental objectives and performance KPIs.
  • Identify and implement process, technology, equipment, and organizational improvements to optimize logistics operations and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a mixed workforce while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and applicable regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management, ideally within a complex industrial or high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong skills in operational planning, stakeholder management, project management, budget control, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams and manage both permanent and temporary workforce populations.
  • Fluent English and fluent local language skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities and a strong focus on operational excellence.
