Description du poste

As an successful Hospitals Account Manager - Surgical Prevention & Acute Care - Flanders, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Hospital sector within the assigned region (Flanders) with current main clients in East Flanders & Limburg.
  • Promote and sell surgical, infection prevention & acute care products tailored for healthcare professional within the Operating Room, sterilized areas, Intensive care units & Emergencies in the assigned region (Flanders).
  • Drive the business growth : Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, ensure products cross selling, negotiate contracts ...
  • Act as an expert of surgical, infection prevention & acute care products providing training and advises to healthcare professional (surgeons, specialists & nurses)
  • Develop and execute strategic & tactical plans to achieve sales targets
  • Be the first point of sales contact for healthcare professional within the hospitals of the assigned region (Flanders)
  • Discuss with KOLs to promote the surgical, infection prevention & acute care products portfolio
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - including Tender Management responsibilities
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.



Profil recherché

As an successful Hospitals Account Manager - Surgical Prevention & Acute Care - Flanders, you will have the following:

  • A degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields
  • +3 years of experience in sales in the Medical/ Pharma sector
  • Previous experience as a nurse or strong knowledge of Operating Room practices / Acute Care areas
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Project Management & organizational skills
  • Strong presentation & training skills
  • You are autonomous & independent with a nice team spirit
  • Fluent in Dutch & English - some knowledge of French is a plus
