Job Description

As an Investment Relations & Fundraising Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute fundraising initiatives to attract new investors across Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Identify, qualify and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and other private investors.
  • Create and maintain a targeted prospect pipeline, defining market priorities and developing effective outreach strategies.
  • Present private equity investment opportunities to prospective investors and clearly articulate the investment rationale.
  • Lead investor meetings, networking events and fundraising discussions.
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  • Act as a key ambassador for the firm's investment solutions and market positioning.
  • Work closely with the investment team to gain a deep understanding of underlying funds, portfolio construction and investment strategies.
  • Monitor fundraising activity, investor feedback and market developments to support future growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to the firm's expansion by identifying new opportunities within the private wealth ecosystem.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Investment Relations & Fundraising Manager has the following profile :

  • About 5 years of experience within private banking, wealth management, investor relations, fundraising, private markets or a related investment environment.
  • Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investments.
  • Previous exposure to fundraising, capital raising or investor acquisition activities is highly desirable.
  • Ability to confidently engage with sophisticated investors and explain complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, credibility and executive presence.
  • Able to build conviction and establish trust with experienced investors.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working within a growing business.
  • Fluent Dutch, French and English is strongly preferred.
