Job Description

  • Lead the overall ICT strategy, roadmap, and technology governance framework in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and end-user computing environments.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of all technology platforms and services.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ICT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage enterprise-wide technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into technology solutions.
  • Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance practices.
  • Manage technology vendors, external partners, contracts, and service performance to ensure maximum value and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage ICT budgets, investment plans, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support future business growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, networks, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology initiatives, transformation programs, and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong people leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and business leaders.
  • Experience managing complex technology environments within multinational or regional organizations.
  • Strong commercial awareness, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience within transportation, logistics, travel, aviation, or other highly operational industries would be advantageous.
