Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliable infrastructure and support services.
  • Manage and maintain server environments, network infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and security solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users and business-critical systems.
  • Support enterprise applications, user access management, and system integrations.
  • Implement and monitor backup, recovery, and cybersecurity processes.
  • Maintain IT asset inventories, software licensing records, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support activities.
  • Support internal audits, compliance requirements, and IT governance initiatives.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, or IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.
  • Experience supporting network environments including LAN, WAN, VPN, and security technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of IT service management, security, and compliance practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
