As part of the continued development of its activities in Belgium, our client is looking for a Project Manager to join its team and work across a portfolio of clients and projects within the European Institutions ecosystem.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects for different clients, from initial scoping through implementation and ongoing follow-up.

You will operate at the intersection of project management, real estate, workplace management and technology-driven solutions for the built environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing several projects simultaneously across different clients;
  • Understanding client requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions;
  • Defining project objectives, scope, timelines, resources and deliverables;
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Monitoring project schedules, budgets, risks and key performance indicators;
  • Organizing and leading project meetings and providing regular reporting to clients;
  • Supporting clients in the implementation, use and evolution of real estate and workplace management solutions;
  • Contributing to the implementation, optimization and evolution of IWMS / CAFM solutions;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working;
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction;
  • Building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships.



A significant part of the role will involve projects within the European Institutions ecosystem, working with a diverse range of stakeholders and business requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you will have:

  • Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders at different levels;
  • Structured, organized and able to prioritize effectively;
  • Comfortable with data analysis and problem-solving;
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams;
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment;
  • Solutions-oriented, with a strong service mindset.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within workplace, property management or real estate technology solutions;
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and/or several projects simultaneously;
  • A good understanding of IT processes related to the management of digital workplaces ;
  • Experience with an IWMS / CAFM solution, such as ARCHIBUS, is highly appreciated.
