Job Description

We are currently looking for a Junior Associate - Business Criminal Law to join a highly regarded practice based in Antwerp.

Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will advise and represent clients on a broad range of corporate and business criminal law matters. This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise within a dynamic and growing team while working on complex and high-profile cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in business and corporate criminal law matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Support and represent clients during investigations and proceedings.
  • Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and partners.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the practice.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's Degree in Law.
  • An LL.M. is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
  • Approximately 0 to 3 years of experience in business criminal law or a strong interest in developing expertise in this field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and eager to contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Excellent command of Dutch & Good knowledge of English is required.
