Functie

As a KAM your responsibilities are:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work on strategies to expand market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities.

Profiel

A successful KAM should have:

  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, with excellent communication skills in all three languages.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
