Description du poste

As a Key Account Officer, you are the trusted partner of their strategic clients in Wallonia and Luxembourg. You build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and propose solutions tailored to their needs. You play a key role in driving commercial growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in Wallonia and Luxembourg
  • Understand your clients' business challenges and provide high value-added solutions
  • Develop account plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure regular reporting
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial terms
  • Coordinate internal actions with operations, marketing, and finance teams
  • Analyze client data and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor competitors and market trends

Profil recherché

  • Relevant experience in key account management, business development, or a similar commercial role
  • Knowledge of the Walloon and/or Luxembourg market is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience as Sales rep, account manager in FMCG Retail sector
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis, reporting)

  • Comfortable using CRM tools
  • Ability to analyze data and provide clear recommendations
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
