We are currently looking for an Associate to join a market-leading Fund Structuring practice. In this role based in Antwerp, you will support clients throughout the full lifecycle of investment funds, including structuring, formation, fundraising, governance and regulatory compliance, with a focus on private equity and venture capital. You will work closely with experienced lawyers and gain hands-on responsibility from day one.

Our client is a leading boutique law firm in Antwerp specialised in corporate, tax and investment fund matters, and is recognised as a market leader in fund structuring.

Job Description

  • Advise clients on the structuring and set-up of investment funds (PE & VC)
  • Support the full lifecycle of funds, from formation to ongoing operations
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing fund documentation and agreements
  • Contribute to capital raising processes and investor-related documentation
  • Provide support on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to investment funds
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex fund-related topics
  • Work closely with senior lawyers and directly interact with clients on active matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Belgian Master's degree in Law with strong academic results
  • A first experience in Corporate and M&A
  • Strong interest in investment funds, private equity and venture capital
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team
  • Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Motivated, eager to learn and keen to develop within a high-level practice
