Job Description

  • Lead and further develop the Business Operations function, driving operational excellence and scalability.
  • Oversee payment operations, reconciliation processes, exception handling, and incident management.
  • Ensure critical transactions are executed accurately, on time, and in line with operational controls.
  • Define and optimize operational processes, KPIs, governance models, and reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and external partners to deliver high-quality services and continuous improvements.
  • Drive operational resilience, business continuity planning, and regulatory readiness, including DORA-related initiatives.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Act as the operational owner for key payment and transaction services, ensuring strong service delivery and stakeholder alignment.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced operations leader with a background in payments, banking, fintech, payroll, cards, or other transaction-intensive environments.
  • Strong knowledge of payment operations, reconciliation, incident management, and service delivery.
  • Comfortable working in regulated environments with high volumes, strict deadlines, and critical business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes, improve operational maturity, and lead teams through change.
