Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in purchasing and commercial projects with a focus on value creation and business performance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate discussions between various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support negotiations, prepare relevant documentation and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Analyse data and market insights to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for management and project teams.
  • Contribute to innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all parties involved.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of strategic business initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, FMCG, retail, category management, account management, commercial, or project management roles.
  • Strong business acumen with an interest in purchasing, negotiations, and strategic stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Pragmatic, proactive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable operating in an international environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus.
