Job Description

As a Product Manager your responsibilities are:

  • Gather and translate customer and market insights into product ideas and improvements
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch to discontinuation
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and expand the global product portfolio
  • Track product performance and support forecasting with data-driven analysis
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, R&D, marketing) to deliver on strategic goals
  • Contribute to long-term planning and initiatives aimed at driving growth in international markets



The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing products in an international B2B environment, ideally within the construction sector
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Solid business acumen, including building and managing financial cases and performance metrics
  • Technically savvy, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to innovation
  • Effective project manager, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communicator who collaborates easily across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across regions
  • Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills to operate in a global context
