Job Description

Market Development & Deal Origination

  • Identify and originate new real estate development and investment opportunities across Luxembourg.
  • Build and leverage a high-quality network of real estate agents, brokers, municipalities, landowners, investors, developers and occupiers.
  • Actively source opportunities through direct outreach, relationships and market intelligence rather than waiting for inbound leads.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of Luxembourg municipalities, planning environments, development zones and emerging locations.
  • Track market trends, pricing, demand and supply across office and residential real estate.
  • Assess the commercial potential, risks and feasibility of acquisition and development opportunities.
  • Prepare business cases, investment analyses and recommendations for senior management and investment decision-making.

Commercial & Project Development

  • Bring a strong commercial perspective to projects from early concept through delivery.
  • Help determine the right product, positioning, target market and value proposition for each development.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers and external advisors to ensure projects respond to genuine market demand.
  • Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to maximise commercial value, occupancy, rental income and exit potential.
  • Support interactions with municipalities, planning authorities and other local stakeholders.
  • Translate market intelligence into clear recommendations on product, pricing, positioning and development strategy.

Leasing, Sales & Commercialisation

  • Define and execute commercial strategies for office and residential assets.
  • Build strong relationships with local and international brokers and commercial partners.
  • Proactively identify potential tenants, buyers and investors.
  • Lead and coordinate leasing and sales processes from initial positioning through transaction completion.
  • Use your network to generate qualified leads and accelerate transactions.
  • Monitor market feedback and adapt commercial strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams and external agencies on campaigns, branding, websites, brochures and sales materials.
  • Track commercial performance, pipeline activity, leasing, sales and market response.

Portfolio & Asset Value Creation

  • Support the Country Director in growing and optimising the Luxembourg portfolio.
  • Contribute to asset strategy, underwriting and financial projections.
  • Identify opportunities to improve asset value, occupancy, rental income and liquidity.
  • Support investor-facing initiatives and the preparation of assets for potential disposal.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property managers, consultants and other strategic partners.
  • Represent the organisation within the Luxembourg real estate ecosystem and strengthen its local market presence.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Ideally 10+ years of professional experience in the Luxembourg real estate market.
  • Strong track record in real estate development, investment, brokerage, asset management or commercialisation.
  • Demonstrable experience with office and/or residential real estate transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the complete real estate development cycle.
  • Strong financial literacy and the ability to assess business plans, investment cases and commercial assumptions.
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg planning, zoning and development processes.

Personality & Approach

  • Hunter mentality: you create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
  • Commercial instinct: you naturally identify where value can be created.
  • Deeply networked: you know the relevant agents, municipalities and market participants personally.
  • Locally connected: you understand how Luxembourg's municipalities, decision-makers and property market actually operate.
  • Entrepreneurial: you are comfortable taking ownership and operating with autonomy.
  • Hands-on: you are prepared to pick up the phone, meet stakeholders and drive transactions yourself.
  • Influential: you can build trust, negotiate effectively and move different stakeholders towards a decision.
  • Pragmatic: you turn market information into concrete commercial action.
  • Fluent in French, English and Luxembourgish

What's on Offer

  • A highly visible role with direct influence on the growth of a Luxembourg real estate platform.
  • Significant autonomy and the opportunity to build and shape the local pipeline.
  • Exposure to the full value chain: origination, development, commercialisation and asset value creation.
  • The opportunity to work across both office and residential real estate.
  • Direct interaction with senior decision-makers and a broad ecosystem of investors, brokers, municipalities and development partners.
  • An international working environment combining European resources with strong local responsibility.
  • The chance to contribute to sustainable urban developments with a long-term impact on the cities in which they are located.
